Our team of professionals collaborate with clients and create highly-individualized and flexible plans to address all manner of life challenges whether they exist fully in the domain of mental health and wellness, family systems, or meaningful roles. There is a subset of clients experiencing mental health difficulties that are simply not served by traditional treatment interventions.
PACT removes critical obstacles from access to robust, high-quality, mental health care:
We remove the barrier of having to get to treatment to access it.
We identify natural therapeutic supports that are dormant or potential.
We work as a team, not a collection of disconnected helpers.
We actively engage the family system.
We expand our focus beyond traditional 'therapy' and move beyond simply living, to living well.
We provide all traditional outpatient services, e.g., individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, parent coaching, medication management, and we leverage our ability to work anywhere in the community, including people's homes, work or school environments. Schedules revolve around our clients' needs, not ours. Since all services are provided one on one, we can increase specific services as needed, e.g. family therapy/parent coaching 3-5 times per week if needed. We can increase or decrease treatment intensity, exactly where and when it is needed which is something no other treatment program is able to do for adolescents and adults.
We work as a team, not a collection of disconnected helpers. We actively engage the family system, and we expand our focus beyond traditional therapy. Each client in TMBC works with a small team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, masters level clinicians, and peer recovery specialists on a one-on-one basis.
We have both an adult psychiatrist as well as a child and adolescent psychiatrist. While in the program, our team psychiatrists must take over as prescribers and we encourage referring psychiatrists to stay on in a supportive role during treatment.
